Eel Culture with Animation
The Korea Taedonggang Eel Corporation specialzes in the culture and export of eels.It has a large eel farm.
Scientific and intensive methods are applied in their culture.The potential of Hydrogen(pH),temperature,content of oxygen,etc.,of all eel ponds can be monitored by sensors at the central control room and,in case of emergency,an alarm is given to take proper measures for it.Each pond is provided with an oxygen pump and is fed with fresh water essential for the raising of eels by the system of waterpurification,precipitation and filtering.
Being a roborant,hematic,aphoxide and anti-oxidant,the eel dishes have become widely known as a health food for rejuvenating the cells of human body and improving eyesight and energy.
The corporation runs an eel restaurant in Pyongyang,which serves a variety of unique dishes such as broiled eels,rolled and steamed eels,eel salad,salted eels,roasted eels,etc.
In the future,it will make every endeavor to further increase the output of eels.
